Saudi Crown Prince extended Riyadh Season till end of January 2020

The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia has decided to extend the duration of Riyadh Season, and it will now continue until the end of January 2020.

The festive season of Riyadh, which was a huge success, has been extended till January 2020 by Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, as per the tweet of the Chairman of the Board of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA). In just a month, Riyadh Season has already managed to attract more than 7.6 million visitors, which is an impressive feat. The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia has extended the festive season until the end of January 2020 due to its extraordinary success. The original plan was for the event to end on December 15th, 2019; however, due to the overwhelming demand and popularity of the event, a decision was made to extend it beyond that date.

During the Riyadh Season, which saw the participation of many visitors and tourists, hundreds of events took place, each of which exceeded its capacity due to the overwhelming number of attendees. Riyadh Season is a festival that is executed with great power, involving the collaboration of 280 Saudi companies, and a dedicated staff of 24,000 workers, as well as 22,000 part-time workers.
