Theft of two more traffic cameras in Makkah

There have been two more incidents of theft and sabotage of traffic cameras in Makkah, in which those involved could not be traced.

Earlier, a number of devices recording automatic traffic violations in Mecca and Taipei have been subjected to theft or destruction.

According to the Lesson website, a report was received Wednesday in the Joint Public Operation Room of the public that a traffic camera has been stolen on the Al-Kharge village in Mecca, while someone has broken into another camera near Al-Kharge Village.

Al-Shariah police say that a thief overturned on the highway, and that he had vandalized there before theft.

Police sources said that the other camera, which was in Al-Kharge Village, could not steal the camera there, although it had broken and damaged the camera severely.
