Responding to a question posed on the Labor Ministry's Twitter account, it is clear that it is everyone's duty to ban law and order in Saudi Arabia.

It is clear that there are clear royal orders regarding the salaries of the workers, which states that salaries should be paid by the 27th of every month in the state. The above date may be delayed on weekly or official holidays.

Regarding the decree, the urgent news says that a special app on smart phones has been launched by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare to address pay delays.

A complaint can be filed to the Ministry of Labor at the above mentioned app link.

Another person said that they face significant delays in payment of salaries and threatened to terminate the job if the company management complains about it.

The Ministry of Labor said on the inquiry that all legitimate complaints can be uploaded to the relevant app of the ministry about which the Ministry of Labor Committee has approached the concerned institution to resolve them immediately after a thorough investigation.

To be clear, the Ministry of Labor in Saudi has established sub-institutions in all cities to protect the rights of employers and merchants, while also providing online services.

Labor courts are also set up under the supervision of the Ministry of Labor, where judges are appointed to ensure the protection of workers' rights. Foreigners who do not know Arabic are also offered the facility of interpreters.
