Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has announced a fifty percent (50%) discount on overdue bills in order to make it easier to pay old dues.
The company said it had assigned a team to communicate with customers and address the debts of troubled customers. The company explained that the new initiative would apply to invoices issued from 2017, which customers were unable to clear up.
Saudi Telecom Company had earlier launched many such initiatives and discount schemes on many of its services provided to individuals and businesses, but the latest move is the largest in the company’s history.
