Through the CITC portal, you can submit complaints to your telecom service provider without the need to visit their office. If you have an issue, you can report it to any of the Saudi telecoms, including STC, Mobily, Zain, Go, Bayanat Al Oula, Integrated Telecom, Virgin, Lebara, and others. Your telecom operator must resolve your issue within 15 days.

How To add complaint with your telecom operator

: 1. Access the CITC portal by Clicking Here.

2. Select the "Submit Complaint" option.

After that Choose either Person or Business, if you are individual you can select ‘Person’.

You can access NIC on the next page using your iqama number to log in. To register for an iqama number, enter your iqama number and expiry date if you don't already have one.

  • On the following page, confirm your mobile number with the OTP that was sent. 
  • On the following page, you'll find all the numbers on your iqama. Click 'Submit community' next to any number that isn't yours.

     

It will redirect you to next page where you need select some details like service type ‘voice or internet’, then complaint type ‘Financial objections, canceling number, bad service, not activating the service or apply its benefits, Number or service added without request, Transfer number ‘.

  • When filling out 'Details', make sure to include a clear explanation of your issue or reason for complaint. Also, don't forget to include a photo of your iqama that is less than 40 MB in size. Next, select 'Send to Service Provider.'

  • You can also track the complaints by entering ‘Complaint Number’ and ‘ID Numb’

  •  

    If your complaint did not resolve in 15 days, You can “Escalate Complaint” to the CITC.
