Sarah says that she too had problems initially because there were no women in the automobile company that started the service.

After graduating from King Abdul Aziz University with a degree in editorial affairs, Sarah applied for a job in several companies and was eventually selected as a 'customer service' at an automobile company.
Sarah said after successfully completing her experience in the company, she was given short courses by the company to provide technical information about the vehicles, after which she now works as a customer care officer at the company's workshop.
