Makkah : First batch of Hajj pilgrims arrives in Jeddah from Qassim
They were received by Dr. Hussein Al-Sharif, the undersecretary at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and Director of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah Issam Bin Fouad Noor.
To ensure their safety, the pilgrims were guided to a special path at the airport to finish the procedures and undergo all precautionary and preventive requirements set by the Ministry of Health, in accordance with the exceptional plans to implement this year’s Hajj.
Upon the completion of their travel procedures, the pilgrims were taken to their accommodation in Makkah.
The pilgrims expressed their sincere gratitude for the services, facilities, and attention provided to them by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, expressing their overwhelming happiness for being able to perform the Hajj amid precautionary measures to prevent coronavirus.
Al-Hajj Al-Sudani, resident of Al-Qassim region, Moataz Mohamed, praised the health and preventive measures taken, in order to ensure the health and safety of the pilgrims and to enable them to perform Hajj rituals in a safe and peaceful manner.
