fined 40,000 rials for hiring foreigners Employ with Saudi women
The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare has imposed a fine of 40,000 rials on Makkah Makarma for hiring foreign workers alongside Saudi women in their fast-food centers. The Center for Fast Food was fined for breaking labor laws, as reported by newspaper 24.

Khalid Abul Khalil, a spokesperson for the Labor Ministry, stated that providing the best work environment for women is a legal requirement before employing them in Saudi Arabia to ensure they can work cohesively.

Sources informed the Ministry of Investigation Team that Saudi women were inappropriately working alongside Saudi workers at a fast food center in Mecca.

After receiving the information, the Labor Ministry team reviewed it and discovered it was accurate. The owner of the center was fined 40,000 rials for breaking the law.

The Labor Ministry's law mandates organizations employing Saudi women to provide them with a male-free environment for optimal working conditions. A separate family section that divides male and female workers must be established if deemed necessary.

Any institution, shop, or center employing Saudi women must provide a separate area for them to rest and pray away from male workers as per the law. If you do not follow the law, it is seen as breaking the law.
