In Saudi Arabia, the facility of issuing NOC for driving to visitors on a visit visa has been provided on 'Abshra Amal' by the Public Security Organization. NOC means (No Objection Certificate)

According to Sabak News, rent-a-car service companies can issue special NOCs through Abshar Acts. Visitors with valid international driving licenses approved by the Kingdom can obtain a NOC to drive in the Kingdom without needing to contact traffic police."

Visitors to the Kingdom may rent NOCs through car service companies operating under 'Absharamal'(Absher business) with their immigration numbers registered on this platform. The NOC facility provided for driving will also be issued to visitors to the World Cup in Qatar who have visited the Kingdom during the World Cup.
