Last day of respite for non-returning visitors from Saudi Arabia
The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has reminded that the deadline for the expiry of Umrah visas expires on March 28.

It is to be noted that the Saudi Ministry has announced a special exemption for Umrah pilgrims whose visa has expired because of the Corona virus.

Under special privileges, Umrah pilgrims who cannot travel to their country on time due to travel restrictions will be forgiven.

 Visitors were asked to apply for a postponement March 28 to avoid legal arrest.

According to the Saudi news agency SPA, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah assured the visitors that if they leave the state within the respite, there will be no penalty and no legal restriction on them.

The Ministry of Hajj has contacted the passport department regarding the postponement and with this support the process of postponement is being completed.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah issued a statement on Friday saying that all visitors coming to Umrah are being reminded to take advantage of the deadline by March 28, 2020 according to 4 Shaban 1441.

This week will expire - Visitors are asked to complete the proceedings through the website of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah - eservices.haj.gov.sa

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has warned that if the visitors did not benefit from the delay, then strict action will be taken against the law enforcers.
