Record of six Arab countries in oil production
Six Arab nations fulfilled 22.3% of the world's oil demand in 2019.

Daily oil production of 9.8 million barrels was topped by Saudi Arabia.

Al-Qaeda states that the six Arab nations belonging to OPEC, the group of oil-exporting countries, are Saudi Arabia, Iraq, UAE, Kuwait, Libya, and Algeria.

According to Al-Qaeda’s analysts, six Arab countries produced 22.3% of the world's crude oil demand in 2019, as per the data released by OPEC. 99.8 million barrels were in demand worldwide.

The Arab countries that are part of OPEC broke the record despite a 1% decline in oil output. During 2018, these countries were producing 22.5 million barrels of oil per day.

In 2019, OPEC member Arab countries produced 74.4% of OPEC's total output. The extraction of 29.9 million barrels of oil per day remains constant across all OPEC member states.

In 2019, Arab countries were bound by the OPEC Plus agreement to cut down oil production.
