Release of non-loanee Saudis and foreigners
The heads of the Executive Courts in Saudi Arabia have instructed the directors of prisons across the state to release all prisoners, Saudis and foreigners, for non-payment of debts.

The process of releasing prisoners of financial affairs has begun. All of them are getting an agreement that they will pay off the loan within a year. 

The deadline for the required amount, installment and repayment of the loan is also being sought. The Saudi Ministry of Justice has also freed captive citizens and prominent foreigners from service closures.

 All services that were suspended for non-payment of loans were restored.

 According to the Oqaz newspaper, several Saudi and foreign residents were jailed by the executive courts for failing to pay their debts and finances in different parts of Saudi Arabia.

 Minister for Justice Dr Waleed Samani had issued orders to release all such prisoners on an emergency basis.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the decision to lift the ban on services has been released on the official website of the ministry.

 Abducted citizens and resident foreigners have been notified by the Ministry of Justice via SMS that the services they were deprived of due to non-payment of loans have been restored.

Fatima, a nurse, told Aakash, 'For three years she was missing various services due to non-payment of debts. The suspended services have been restored after the Justice Ministry decision.
