Riyadh: Ballistic missile attack attempt unsuccessful
Saudi Arabia's Defense Department fails to launch a ballistic missile attack on the capital Riyadh. The fired missiles were destroyed before they reached the target.

According to Al Arabiya Net sources, the missile attack on the southern city of Jazan has also been unsuccessful.

The Al-Qaeda channel confirms the attack on the Arab coalition.

The coalition spokesman said that on Saturday night, at 11 o'clock, thirty minutes' attack on Riyadh and two ballistic missiles were intercepted and destroyed in the air.

The spokesman added that "Houthi rebels fired missiles at Sana'a and Sadda in Yemen. Their target was urban installations and citizens'.

Residents and citizens of the southern districts of Riyadh heard the sound of loud blasts at around 11pm, local time.

According to Arab News, a civil defense spokesman in Riyadh region said two civilians were also injured in the debris of missiles destroyed in the atmosphere.

Remember that on Saturday morning, Yemeni Arab coalition forces dropped a drone of Houthi rebels in the western region of Yemen.

This was the fourth drone sent by Houthi rebels in the past 8 days.

It is clear that there are constant attacks by pro-Iranian Houthi rebels in Yemen.

Last week, two Saudi Arabian border cities were attacked by drones on the outskirts of Khyber and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which were destroyed before entering Saudi Arabia's airspace.
