The embassy of Saudi Arabia in Beirut cautioned its citizens against traveling to Lebanon and urged Saudi nationals already there to avoid protest areas. 

According to the Al-Ekhbariya news channel, the Kingdom's embassy in Beirut has urged its citizens to exercise extreme caution and avoid areas of protest. 

The Lancaster Plaza Beirut hotel in the Raouche neighborhood has been designated as a meeting place for Saudi nationals to be taken to Beirut airport, according to the announcement.

 MENA, Egypt's state news agency, reported that the Egyptian embassy in Beirut urged its citizens in Lebanon to stay away from protest zones.

MENA advised Egyptians in Lebanon to stay away from areas of protests and gatherings, be careful while moving around, and obey the instructions of Lebanese authorities.

The Kuwaiti embassy in Lebanon advised its citizens to postpone their travel plans due to the ongoing protests and unrest.

 

The embassy tweeted, calling on citizens in Lebanon to take utmost care and avoid crowds and demonstrations.

Bahrain advised against traveling to Lebanon and urged its citizens in the country to depart immediately.  

The Lebanese protested by blocking roads with burning tires and marching in Beirut, demanding the government's resignation on Friday.
