Saudi cabinet issues decision to set up 11 new cultural institutions These include music and movie establishments and museums.

The cabinet meeting on Tuesday in Riyadh's Qasarimah was chaired by Khadim Herman Sharifin Shah Salman bin Abdul Aziz.

The Cabinet has decided to establish institutions of literature, broadcasting, translations, museums, historical heritage, films, libraries, architecture, design, music, theater, art of expression, visual arts, food arts and costumes. 

The Minister of Culture has been assigned the powers of the Chairman of the Majlis Administration of all the institutions till the formation of the assembly of each institution.

According to Saudi news agency SPA, Information Minister Turkey bin Abdullah Al-Shabana told the SPA after the meeting that the cabinet has reaffirmed its support and support for the Palestinian cause for a comprehensive and equitable solution.

The Minister was briefed on Saudi Arabia's leadership services in support of the Brotherhood of the Palestinian people and their backing in all international organizations, and in this connection, the Arab Peace Project during 2002.

The Saudi cabinet has expressed its appreciation for the US government's commitment to developing a new comprehensive peace plan for peace between Palestinians and Israelis.
