Visitors will be able to pay bills through 'Sadad'
Saudi Arabia receives millions of people for Hajj, Umrah, pilgrimage, trade, and tourism. Different transactions are made by Saudi traders, industrialists, and foreigners.

Saudi Arabian accounts are not for foreigners. They have no choice but to employ those individuals to cover the costs. Which individuals have bank accounts in the state?

The company 'Al-Mu'afaat al-Saudia' will enable foreigners without Saudi bank accounts to pay their bills using the 'Saad' system, according to an official cited by the newspaper 24.

Al-Qaeda was told by Ziyad Al-Yusuf, the company's executive director, that they are assessing the advantages of the facility. The proposal's implementation hinges on positive results.

"The 'Al-Khalijiya' system will soon connect the network of communications to the Al Qaeda network," says Ziyad al-Yusuf.

This will make it easier to send large sums of money to central banks in GCC countries.
