Saudi Arabia's passport has announced that if a resident foreigner has issued an exit, re-entry, it cannot be edited or expanded. For extension or modification need to be revoked issued visa then Apply New Exit Reentry visa.

The passport department answered the question, saying that if the Exit visa has been issued then it cannot be extended or amended.
