Saudi Brother beat Sister for 7 years

A woman named Amal has posted a video message on Twitter claiming that she has been abused by her brother for the last 7 years.

Amal has said, 'My brother is a grown man, he beats me in the stomach and expelled me from his house. I complained to the police and arrested him, but after 15 minutes he got out of jail.

Amal says, 'I have appointed lawyers for my rights, but all of them are bribed. No one followed my case. '

He said that after being evacuated from the house, I used to roam the streets, where no place was found. Then slowly my condition started to improve and then he came to make my life hell. '

"I did not present my case on social media for the sake of family, but now I am compelled to do so," Amal said in a video message.

As soon as Amal's video went viral, the Ministry of Labor and Family Promotion, which is working under the Social Promotion Center, tweeted on its official account, saying, "We have received the aforesaid case, we have started an investigation.

On the other hand, Twitter users have demanded the concerned government departments to launch an investigation in solidarity with the video message.
