The Central Appointment System (Mawid) is an e-service provided by the Ministry of Health, to enable patients to book, cancel or reschedule their appointments at primary health care centers, as well as managing their referral appointments.

The Mawid app initially launched in May 2019 as part of the ministry’s plans to implement digital technology as part of Saudi Arabia’s healthcare system. (Supplied)
