The Central Appointment System (Mawid) is an e-service provided by the Ministry of Health, to enable patients to book, cancel or reschedule their appointments at primary health care centers, as well as managing their referral appointments.

How to Get the Service?
You can get the service through the following:
- Downloading (Mawid) App on your smartphone.
- Visiting the Portal.
- Calling 937-Service Center
- Heading to the healthcare center directly to book an appointment.
Service Prerequisites:
There are no conditions preventing the patient from booking a reservation on the system. Hence, different reservation channels have been created, but an (Abshir) Account is required for using the App. or the website.
Estimated Response Time:
Service response time varies from one channel to another; but booking is instant and electronic.
