Some car showrooms and agencies in the Kingdom have been vested with the authority to transfer ownership of vehicles, register new ones and hand over car number plates, according to a statement from the General Directorate of Public Security.

The Department of Traffic has issued a conditions sheet for those who have obtained a driver's license for a private vehicle.
