 Wafa Saqr, the female hairdresser of Taif, returned to work on Thursday after obtaining a license to practice the profession. She has had to close her shop 45 days ago due to some license-related issues.

Wafa shared her passion and enthusiasm to engage in a profession dominated by males. “Praise be to God, I had a great degree of confidence in myself and in everyone, and hence I will not give up, no matter how many hurdles I might encounter while pursuing in this profession,” she said.

Wafa said she returned on Thursday to open her shop with an undying passion to serve her customers, who are children under the age of 10. “I would like to deliver a strong message to every person: do not give up, no matter how tough situations are for you. You do not know when the gates of happiness and a sense of relief will open in front of you.”
