The Foreign Ministry has said that the visas of citizens of countries from which flights are banned have been extended.

According to the Ajil website, the extension of visit visas for the citizens of these countries has been made free of cost.

The ministry said that the extension of visit visas was done on the instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz.

The ministry said that "visit visas for citizens of these countries have been automatically extended till November 30, 2021."

"Visit visa holders who have registered their e-mail have been notified of the extension ."

The ministry said "the free extension of visit visas is to mitigate the aftermath of the crisis caused by the corona virus."

"This will benefit those who have already been issued visitor visas but have not been able to come to Saudi Arabia due to the suspension of flights."
