Riyadh Zoo timing, entry fee and location

The zoo was founded in 1957 for King Saud and the Saudi royal family. It was opened to the public in 1987.

The zoo is divided into several sections. There are African, Asian, and European animals in separate areas. There is also a children's zoo at the Riyadh Zoo where children can interact with animals. Riyadh Zoo has so many animals lions, tigers, elephants, giraffes, zebra, and monkeys, more than 1500. Bloodthirsty animals such as the Arabian cheetah, horned oryx, and Arabian tahr are also found in the Riyadh Zoo.
