Can Foreign Investors Open Training Centers?
Saudi Arabia's top vocational and technical training institute has allowed foreign investors to open training centers. The company has announced terms and conditions in this regard.

According to the Altoon newspaper, the Higher Vocational and Technical Training Institute said that 'foreign investors can open only and only higher training centers'.

The first prerequisite is that the investor is a company or a specialist institution in training.

According to the second condition, the relevant company or company should have at least one year of experience in the field of training.

The third condition is that the relevant company or company should be licensed for training center from Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority.

The fourth condition is that the company or company has effective commercial registration.

In this regard, the fifth condition is that the company or institution should run a training program in the training institute and agree to open a higher training center.

The sixth condition is that the company or company may appoint its own legal counsel or its authorized representative.
