Firstly:

The Cabinet approved a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in communications and information technology between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Indonesia, after taking into account Shura Council Resolution No. (19/19) dated 28/3/1441 AH.

There's a royal decree that has been prepared.

Third:

The Council of Ministers approved an agreement between Saudi Arabia and Chad for air transport services, after reviewing submissions from the Minister of Transport and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and considering the Shura Council Resolution No. (28/28) on 3/30/1441 AH.

The preparation of a royal decree is complete.

Fourthly:

The Cabinet approved the Air Services Agreement between Saudi Arabia and Albania, after reviewing submissions from the Minister of Transport and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and considering Shura Council Resolution No. (23/5) dated 3/3/1441 AH.

The preparation of a royal decree has been completed.

Fifthly:

Ahmed bin Barak Al-Dakhil, Kamal bin Abdul Hamid Al-Juhani, and Saud bin Muhammad Al-Ghurabi have been appointed to the Saudi Center for Accreditation's Board of Directors as members of the private sector by the Council of Ministers.

Sixthly:

Princess Haifa bint Muhammad bin Saud bin Khalid Al Saud was appointed to the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation by the Council of Ministers and will represent the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage.

Seventh:

The Cabinet has approved the final account of the King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy for a previous fiscal year, after reviewing the treatment submitted and the recommendation prepared in the Economic and Development Affairs Council No. (32/31/41 / D) dated 4/22/1441 AH.

Eighth:

The Cabinet gave the green light to promotions and appointments for the fifteenth and fourteenth ranks, which are listed below:

Musaed bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Mazyad has been promoted to planning consultant at the 15th rank in the Ministry of Defense.

Abdul-Ilah bin Abdul Rahman bin Ali Al-Shahrani was promoted to General Manager of the General Administration for Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Air Force, ranked 15th.

The Ministry of Economy and Planning has promoted Ibrahim bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Haidari to planning consultant, ranking 15th.

Ahmed bin Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saeed is promoted to Vice President-General for Planning and Development at the General Presidency of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, ranking 15th.

Surveyor advisor rank 14 under General Staff now belongs to Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Badr bin Mishaan Al-Harbi.
